PICS - Partners in Community Supports is a Financial Management Services (FMS) provider that offers financial and technical support for individuals and families who self-direct care. When a person self-directs, they decide how, when, and from whom their services and supports will be delivered while keeping their independence in their own homes and communities. PICS have been helping people manage the financial parts of self-directed care for over 20 years. They currently offer services to individuals and families statewide. PICS is a subsidiary of Lutheran Social Services of Minnesota.
